This 15 minute check-in is a quick, focused review of your Cronometer data to help you better understand your nutrition patterns without judgment or overwhelm.

We will review trends in macronutrients and key micronutrients to identify areas where you may be under or over consuming and how that may connect to energy, hunger, digestion, and overall well being.

This option is designed for clarity and awareness, not full nutrition coaching.

• Macronutrient balance

• Key micronutrients such as fiber, iron, calcium, and potassium

• Patterns across logged days

• Areas that may support energy, fullness, or recovery

• Any obvious gaps or excesses worth paying attention to

You do not need perfect logs. Real life data is encouraged.

Many clients use this as a quick reset or check in during busy or stressful seasons.

This check in does not include meal plans, medical nutrition therapy, or ongoing coaching. If deeper support is recommended, we can discuss next steps.

Please complete the intake questionnaire and ensure your Cronometer logs are up to date before your appointment. This allows the check in to stay efficient and focused.
