Getting started begins with a short intake questionnaire. This helps me understand your goals, concerns, eating patterns, preferences, schedule, and any health considerations or focus areas. The intake allows me to personalize your support from the start and avoid one-size-fits-all recommendations.

After completing the intake, you can choose the type of support that fits you best. Some people prefer live coaching sessions, others want written guidance they can review on their own time, and some start with practical tools and resources. You can change or combine options at any point.

Content bundles offer focused nutrition support through practical tools, visuals, and education. Topics range from foundational nutrition concepts to specialized areas like digestion, cravings, or executive function support.

Bundles can be used independently or as a complement to coaching sessions. Bundles range from $15–$45, depending on depth and level of customization.

Free Content

I share evidence-based nutrition tips, balanced plate ideas, myth-busting content, and practical resources for free across my platforms. These options are available if you are not ready for coaching but still want reliable, supportive information.

Free resources include downloadable guides and tools, educational posts, and ongoing content shared on social media.

From there, you can schedule a live session, choose a written session, or purchase a bundle directly.

Live sessions must be scheduled at least five business days in advance to allow time for preparation.
