1:1 nutrition coaching offers personalized, real-time support that adapts to your life, capacity, and goals as they evolve. This is not a rigid program or a plan you’re expected to follow perfectly. Instead, sessions are collaborative, flexible, and grounded in evidence-based nutrition.

Coaching focuses on helping you understand your body, reduce food-related stress, build sustainable habits, and create routines that actually work in real life rather than in theory.

Sessions are available by phone or in person for clients located in Lompoc and the Santa Ynez Valley.

What We Work On Together

Each session is tailored to what you need most right now rather than following a preset agenda. Topics and tools shift as your goals, schedule, and capacity change.

Support may include nutrition education explained clearly and without fear-based language, guidance around building balanced meals without tracking or restriction, and help understanding hunger, fullness, energy, and appetite signals. We often work on reducing food noise, guilt, and all-or-nothing thinking while developing meal structures that feel flexible and realistic.

Sessions may also include digestion and bloating support, strategies for busy schedules or low-capacity days, budget-friendly and convenience-based food ideas, and support for eating consistently and adequately. Many clients use sessions to rebuild trust with food after dieting or burnout, navigate weight changes gently when appropriate, or adapt nutrition during stress, illness, travel, or major life transitions.

For clients who need it, sessions can also include tools and strategies for executive dysfunction, decision fatigue, and overwhelm.

How Sessions Work

Sessions are conversational, supportive, and practical. We spend time identifying what’s currently getting in the way, what feels doable right now, and which changes will have the biggest impact without adding pressure.

You’ll leave each session with:

  • Clear takeaways you can actually remember

  • Practical tools or strategies you can apply right away

  • A better understanding of why certain approaches work for you

  • Next steps that feel manageable rather than overwhelming

There is no expectation to do everything at once or to be perfect between sessions.

Who 1:1 Coaching Is For

1:1 coaching may be a good fit if you want ongoing, personalized support and benefit from talking things through in real time. It’s especially helpful if you feel overwhelmed despite knowing “what you should do,” want guidance without strict rules or pressure, or need support making nutrition work with your brain, schedule, or energy levels.

If you prefer to move at your own pace, reflect between sessions, or receive structured written guidance, written nutrition sessions may be a better fit.

Getting Started

After booking, you’ll complete a brief intake questionnaire so I can understand your goals, routines, preferences, and any relevant health considerations before your first session. This allows our time together to be focused, efficient, and personalized from the start.

4 sessions — $280

8 sessions — $520

12 sessions — $720
