Base Options
• 1 tbsp sugar-free pudding mix + ½–1 cup milk
• ½–1 cup protein shake + 1 tbsp pudding mix
• 1 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix + ½–1 cup milk or shake
Add-Ins
• Graham crumbs: 1–2 tsp
• Chia seeds: 1 tbsp
• Cinnamon: ½–1 tsp
• PB powder: 1–2 tbsp
• Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp
• Frozen berries: ¼–½ cup
• Banana: ¼ cup
• Small drizzle honey or maple
Caramel Cheesecake Pudding
Calories: 160–190 Sodium: 150–210 mg
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
• ½ cup caramel Premier Protein
• 1 tsp graham
• Cinnamon
Directions:
Whisk shake with pudding mix until thick. Stir in cinnamon and top with graham.
Banana Cream Pie Pudding
Calories: 150–180 Sodium: 120–180 mg
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp banana cream pudding mix
• ½ cup vanilla Fairlife
• ¼ cup banana
• 1 tsp graham
Directions:
Mix Fairlife with pudding powder, let thicken, fold in banana and graham.
Chocolate Silk Cup
Calories: 170–220 Sodium: 140–200 mg
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp chocolate pudding mix
• ½ cup chocolate shake
• 1 tbsp cocoa
• 1 tsp chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix shake, pudding, and cocoa. Top with chocolate chips.
Butterscotch Pie Cup
Calories: 150–190 Sodium: 140–200 mg
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp butterscotch pudding mix
• ½ cup vanilla shake
• 1 tsp grahamDirections:
Stir shake with pudding mix. Add graham.
Strawberry Cheesecake Bowl
Calories: 150–190 Sodium: 130–180 mg
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
• ½ cup strawberry shake
• ¼ cup strawberries
Directions:
Mix shake + pudding until thick. Fold in strawberries.
